Week 45 dinner menu

Monday - Chicken dopiaza, south indian Mung and tavoor dal, spiced roast cauliflower and brown rice
Tuesday - Chicken in ginger and chilli sauce with noodles
Wednesday - Lamb chops, mash potatoes and veg
Thursday - Domino pizza
Friday - Steak and chips with salad
Saturday - Cottage pie
Sunday - Roast chicken and all the trimmings
