Monday - Chicken toastie
Tuesday - Bermondsey chicken curry and brown rice
Wednesday - Freezer surprise
Thursday - Chilli con carne and brown rice
Friday - Cajun cod and spicy rice
Saturday - Raclette
Sunday - Beery beef scrumple pies, mash and veg
