Week 4 dinner menu

Monday - Chicken scrunchy filo pie with carrots
Tuesday - Beef madras and brown rice
Wednesday - Freezer surprise
Thursday - Pork chops, mash potatoes and apple sauce
Friday - Cajun cod steaks, sweet potato wedges and salad
Saturday - Crispy hoisin duck with pancakes, spring onion and cucumber
Sunday - Quorn stew and dumplings with roast potatoes
