Monday - Chicken chilli con carne and rice
Tuesday - Cod linguine with butter sauce
Wednesday - Freezer surprise
Thursday - Quiche lorraine and salad
Friday - Steak and chips
Saturday - Lamb kebabs, pitta and salad
Sunday - Roast pork and all the trimmings
